The Merushatim invite you to access and use our portal (the “Services”), which is made available to you through "www.Merushatim.com" (the “Website”). We provide Visitors (as defined below) with access to the Website and Members (as defined below) with access to the Services subject to the following Terms of Use, which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. By browsing this portal or by registering to the service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference (collectively, this “Agreement”). If you do not agree to any of these terms, then please do not use this portal and/or service. By registering, accessing, and/or using the Portal, you (as defined below) are agreeing to the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Visitors: as the term implies, are people who do not register with the Merushatim but want to explore the portal. No registration is required. Visitors can: (i) view all publicly-available content on the Website; (ii) contact / e-mail us and (iii) subscribe / Opt-in to our periodical newsletter.
Members: registration is required in order to become Members. Members can do everything that Visitors can do, and request to update their profile. Members might be contacted by our in-house recruiters or partner-recruiters to discuss career / job opportunities or projects. We will only use the email address that the Member provided.
Recruiters: Our in-house recruiters and partner-recruiters will work with the Members to discuss any relevant career / job opportunities or projects. The Recruiters have access to Members profiles and to the customer requirements. The Recruiters will work in good faith to help the Members and Customers but we can not guarantee success. In addition, the Recruiters might review other publicly avaliable details (e.g. LinkedIn).
Customers: as the term implies, are any paying entity or entities that commissioned the Merushatim or any of our partners to provide candidates search services. In addition, any entity that pays the Merushatim or any of our partners to promote / publish / post any job-description or advertisement. We will work in good faith to help but we can not guarantee success.
Use of Personal Information
When you register to become a member, a customer, or just opt-in to our newsletter, you will be required to provide some general personal information. Our policies with respect to the collection and use of such Personal Information are governed according to our "Privacy Policy", which is hereby incorporated by reference in its entirety.
The Merushatim Community Guidelines
The Merushatim community, like any community, functions best when its Members follow a few simple rules. By registering, accessing and/or using the Portal and/or the Services, you agree to comply with these community guidelines (the “Community Guidelines”) and that:
- - infringes any copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other proprietary rights of any person or entity; or
- - is defamatory, libelous, indecent, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, invasive of another’s privacy, promotes violence, or contains hate speech; or
- - discloses any sensitive information about another person, including that person’s e-mail address or any similar information.
Restrictions
This Portal and the Services are only available for individuals aged 18 years or older. If you are 18 or older, but under the age of maturity in your jurisdiction, you should review this Agreement with your parent or guardian to make sure that you and your parent or guardian understand it.
Communicating With Us
Although we encourage you to "e-mail us" / "Contact Us" and to build your profile, we do not want you to, and you should not, include any content that contains confidential information. For more details, you should review our "Privacy Policy" "Personal Information" section.
